Sheila Baylon

Chief Partnership & Revenue Officer & Co-Founder

Ms. Baylon has extensive experience in marketing and sales across a range of industries, including Real Estate Consultancy, Development, and Digital. She has worked in various countries across Asia such as the Philippines, China, Vietnam, and Malaysia, and has gained significant exposure to different business cultures and real estate markets in the aforementioned regions.

Ms. Baylon holds two Masters degrees: one in MSc. Real Estate from the National University of Singapore and the other in Management from the Asian Institute of Management. Additionally, she has completed her AB Organizational Communication degree from De La Salle University.

Andy Roberts

Digital Co-Founder, COO

Mr. Roberts is an experienced start-up professional who has worked in agencies and technology companies across Australia, The Philippines, and Indonesia for more than 18 years. He specializes in the development of property portals, aggregators, and e-commerce integration.

After starting out in sales and marketing, Mr. Roberts discovered his passion for technology while working at Primus Telecommunications in technical support. He was subsequently promoted to manage the newly-purchased AOL internet division. From 2012 to 2014, he served as the country manager for rumah123.com, Indonesia’s largest property portal, which was later sold to the REA Group for AUD $750 million as part of the iProperty Group.

Aside from his work in the technology and property sectors, Mr. Roberts is also the co-founder and lead developer of karmaware.com.au, an Australian compostable packaging e-tailer that focuses on reducing plastic waste. He is a qualified workplace trainer and enjoys mentoring and leading talented individuals in achieving success.

Dr. Chihiro Shimizu

Advisor

Dr. Shimizu is a professor at Nihon University, and also holds research positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Real Estate Research Center and the Recruit Institute of Technology. He obtained his Ph.D. in environmental studies from the University of Tokyo, and previously held a position as a professor at the Faculty of Economics in Reitaku University as well as the National University of Singapore Real Estate Research Center.

Dr. Shimizu’s area of expertise lies in index theory, big data analysis, and real estate economics.

Kazunori Hayamizu

Advisor

Mr. Hayamizu is a Japanese property specialist with extensive experience in the real estate industry. He previously worked for Tokyo Tatemono’s securitization division, which focuses on developing condominiums, serviced apartments, and providing corporate brokerage services in Vietnam and Myanmar.

Mr. Hayamizu also worked as a managing director for the Japanese subsidiary of the American company Cargill, where he was responsible for real estate investment. In addition, he served as the head of the real estate investment acquisition department at IDERA Capital Management Ltd. He holds a degree from Waseda University Faculty of Law and a Master of International Management from Aoyama Gakuin University Graduate School.

Atty. Efren Dizon

Legal Counsel

Atty. Efren Dizon is a CPA and Attorney-at-law in the Philippines. He ranked 5th place in the 2004 Philippine Bar Examinations and the topnotcher in the 1999 CPA Licensure Examinations. He has been practicing law since 2004 and has authored numerous books on taxation, banking, insurance, and securities regulation. Now, he is a partner in Mendoza Dizon Purungganan and Partners Law Offices. He is also an educator and teaches property law, taxation, banking law, torts and damages, insurance law, transportation law, persons and family relations, corporation law, and legal research in different law schools across the country.

Detsy Laurel

Senior Advisor for PropertyAccess PH

Ms. Laurel is an established Real Estate professional in the Philippines. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and owns an agency, PropSelect Realty, which she established in 2008. She worked with Hotelmasters Inc., where she was the Sales Manager for numerous projects like Forest Hills Village Resort in Subic, Dive Link, and Coral Bay which are both in Busuanga, Palawan.

Currently, she holds numerous key positions in several companies from different industries, including real estate and financial services. She was also involved in several businesses such as Bo’ Le’ Associates, Unibond Services Inc., Varig Brazilian Airlines, Supersonic Services Inc., and Asia Warranty Services Philippines Inc.

Alvin Tan

Business Development

Alvin Julian Tan has extensive marketing and sales experience in the high end luxury residential and commercial offices sectors. His focus is in the local good class bungalows, Sentosa bungalows and commercial offices for his international clients. He provides a one stop solution for those planning to make Singapore their home with services ranging from relocation, setting up of family offices to residential and commercial sale and leases.

He has five degrees including a Masters degree in MSc. Real Estate from National University of Singapore and Masters in Human Resources from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

MinSung Cho

Sales Manager

MinSung Cho is a versatile professional with a strong background in business administration and international business, having obtained a degree from Eckerd College. His primary focus is on the real estate and luxury travel industries. Fluent in Japanese, English, and Korean, he possesses excellent language skills that enable effective communication across diverse markets.

His market expertise is particularly concentrated on Japan and Hawaii, where he dedicates his efforts to drive business growth and foster strategic opportunities. Additionally, MinSung serves as an advisor for a Proptech venture company and a Hospitality venture company, contributing valuable insights and guidance in these industries.

Rhyu Hyoungmin

Fluent in Japanese, English, and Korean, Rhyu possesses exceptional language skills that enable effective communication across different markets.
