The International Property and Investment Conference (IPIC) is an annual event gathering thousands of potential investors and over 25 overseas real estate developers across Southeast Asia and the world.  This is an avenue for investors and real estate developers to connect and discuss overseas property investment opportunities. This event lasts for two days and is usually held in Tokyo, Japan.

In this event, the participating developers are to showcase their latest world-class developments by having their own booths, while property investors are given the opportunity to consult and choose their property investment options. Featured developments range from residential to office and commercial properties.

During this conference, key players and experts from the real estate industry are invited by PropertyAccess to share their insights and potential forecasts, through a series of talks, on the real estate market in Japan and the world.

The Japan International Property Awards (JIPA) is an awards night that showcases Southeast Asia’s best developments – from residential to commercial.  In this event, we recognize the top regional developers and their flagship projects that have met the Japanese standards of development excellence. 

Three finalists from a pool of nominees are chosen per category by a select board of judges from different fields in the real estate industry based on set criteria. The most fitting development will be awarded and introduced as the very best of the region’s real estate and will be further promoted globally.
