In 2024, Makoto Toyoda joined PropertyAccess K.K., attracted by its transparent, client-focused model that avoids exclusivity and facilitates access to overseas clients. He currently handles domestic real estate brokerage.
He began his career at Sony Real Estate (now SRE Realty) after earning a degree in architecture from Shibaura Institute of Technology. During his tenure, he received the "Rookie of the Year" award, eight consecutive "Goal Achievement Awards," and the 2023 "CEO Award" for his work on AI-based assessments.

With approximately 150 real estate transactions to date, he ranked first in both sales and achievement rate (256%) in Q1 2024 and became the firm’s youngest team leader at age 27.
